Adam is Co-Chair of Tonkon Torp’s Business Transactions Practice Group, working closely with business owners and their management teams as they maneuver through business transitions. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, with a particular emphasis on construction and permanent loans for senior living communities. He also provides counsel to professional firms and others in structuring owner relationships and facilitating exits.

Adam takes pride in framing transactions that clients can easily understand, bringing order and clarity to overwhelming and confusing processes, agreements, and information so that his clients understand where they are and where they are going.
