Allison LaRoche is a Senior Manager in the Deal Advisory Services practice at Moss Adams. She specializes in providing financial due diligence services on both buy and sell-side transactions. Allison serves as an advisor to her clients throughout the transaction process to identify key issues and maximize deal value. In addition to client service, Allison leads the Women in Deal Advisory chapter at Moss Adams.

Allison earned a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. Allison holds an active CPA license in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. When not advising clients, Allison enjoys exploring the Portland food scene with her partner, hiking in Forest Park, and venturing out to the Willamette Valley.
