Brian possesses three decades of experience in CFO and leadership roles, establishing himself as a seasoned financial consultant and M&A advisor. He has a diverse background in public and private accounting spanning a wide-range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, software, utilities, and medical supplies.

Before joining Turning Point, Brian practiced public accounting most recently as an assurance Partner at a prominent West-Coast regional CPA and consulting firm for nearly 13 years. During this time, he worked primarily with middle market companies where he focused on M&A, GAAP financial reporting, operational analysis, business planning, financial forecasting, transaction evaluation, and investor relations.

At Turning Point, Brian directs his focus towards the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, consulting on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. While the primary emphasis lies in delivering quality earnings reporting, Brian brings a wealth of experience supporting all financial aspects of a transaction, includes strategic financial projections, working capital analysis, and consulting on the financial aspects of asset purchase agreements.
