Transaction professionals respect the clarity and discipline that Caleb Pilling brings to the mergers and acquisitions process. As a CPA, Caleb is comfortable deep in the details of a transaction, however, he is also valued for his holistic approach in supporting clients on the buy or sell side of transactions.
Caleb co-founded the firm’s mergers and acquisitions advisory services group in 2016 with Raymond Cheung. What began as a practice helping existing clients in the Pacific Northwest, grew into a thriving practice advising clients internationally. He currently serves as chair of the Geffen Mesher transaction advisory services group and specializes in transactions involving, manufacturing, distribution, retail and industrial and business services.
As a native Oregonian, Caleb is highly involved in serving his local community through volunteer work for Accounting Aid for Fraud Victims (AAFFV), an Oregon-based nonprofit providing forensic accounting services to elder victims of fraud abuse. He also served as Treasurer for the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network (OEN), helping further the state’s economic development and business environment. When not in the office or volunteering, Caleb may be found outdoors with his family enjoying the Oregon coast, mountain biking the Cascades, or rooting for the Oregon Ducks and Timbers.
