Charlie began his 31-year storied career with Pearle Vision, a beloved American franchise brand where he won national awards for sales, profitability, quality and for his leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion. He added a hearing care franchise chapter in addition to brokering the sale of professional practices during the Great Recession. With finely tuned listening skills and an ability to leverage his knowledge and experience for the benefit of his clients and network, Charlie has earned the reputation of trusted advisor.

A coach by nature, Charlie has volunteered his time over the last three decades to encourage young people on the soccer field and golf course. He personally facilitated Junior Achievement curriculum for over 500 students in the Marysville school district.

Charlie grew up in New Orleans and graduated from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Charlie has lived in the Puget Sound since 1991. He and his wife raised their family in Snohomish County.
