RC Advisory works primarily in the B2B space, with low middle market companies whose revenues are $3M+ and EBITDA between $750K to $5M. If a company makes it, moves it, builds it, or services it in the industrial segment…it’s a good client for RCAS. Occasionally, the firm will take on profitable clients outside of these parameters. RCAS serves as the advocate for the selling owner and orchestrates all aspects of the sale process from going to market through post-closing activities. Since 2013 RC Advisory has advised on sell-side deals totaling $75M in transaction value.
Raised in upstate New York and a Seattle area resident for twenty-three years, Pete received a BA degree in Industrial Design from Purdue University and has broad and deep experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Lean Management and Quality Improvement. He’s held Exec. VP, GM and CEO positions in privately held companies under $50M revenue in both growth and turnaround businesses before transitioning to management and sell-side consulting.
