Chris advises business owners through the lifecycle of their careers; while owning and operating their business, through the transition out of that business, and continuing into retirement. This planning considers both the emotional and financial aspects of each situation, owner, and their family, and their ultimate goals for transitioning their company. His process of comprehensive planning includes assessing a business owner’s total asset mix—business and personal—and which assets will fund their lifestyle post-transition. From there, he helps families realize and plan for their multi-generational and philanthropic goals, with the underlying tax implications planned and accounted for.

Chris has a unique perspective as both a Certified Financial Planner™ and a Certified Public Accountant, and typically collaborates with other exit-planning professionals throughout the transaction lifecycle. He is a member of the Moss Adams business owner national practice leadership group, which is consistently innovating ways to ensure a successful experience for clients as they work through all aspects of what a transition means for them, their family, and their business.

Chris received both his Masters of Accountancy and Bachelors of Business Administration from Gonzaga University.
